Privacy Policy

When you register and create an account, we collect: your full name, email address, and encrypted password. We never store credit card details — all payments are processed securely by Stripe.

During use, we retain files you upload (images, audio, documents) in your storage space, and all generated videos. We also log usage data such as session dates and generation costs.

We use your data to provide and operate the service: processing video generation requests, managing your balance and transaction history, and sending operational notifications (payment confirmation, video completion, identity verification).

We may use fully anonymized data — which cannot be linked to any individual user — to improve AI model performance and output quality. We will never use your personal data for advertising purposes.

We rely on trusted service providers to operate the platform: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage and authentication management, fal.ai for AI image and video generation, and ElevenLabs for voice generation and cloning.

We also use: Resend for transactional email delivery, Upstash Redis for temporary session management, Shotstack for video processing and assembly, and Cloudflare for hosting and security. All providers are bound by strict privacy policies and only use your data to the extent necessary to deliver their services.

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are stored using strong hashing algorithms and cannot be accessed by any employee.

We will never sell or share your data with any third party for commercial or advertising purposes. We only share personal data with the service providers essential to operating the platform, and only the minimum necessary.

You have the right at any time to: view the personal data we hold about you, export your videos and projects, correct any inaccurate information from the Settings page, and request a full copy of your data.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently and irreversibly delete all your personal data, videos, and projects.

We use cookies for essential purposes only: login session cookies to maintain your authentication state, and a language preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to save your choice between Arabic and English.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. You can clear cookies from your browser settings at any time, though this will log you out of your account.
