Terms of Service

YELD Studio is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and agree to these Terms. By using the service, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

YELD Studio operates on a pay-per-use model — you top up your balance in advance and it is automatically deducted with each step of the video production pipeline. There are no monthly subscriptions or recurring fees.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Balance that has been consumed in generation operations is non-refundable. Unused balance remains in your account with no expiry.

You retain full ownership of all videos generated through the platform. You are free to use them commercially, publish, or distribute them without restrictions from YELD Studio.

YELD Studio may use anonymized, non-personally-identifiable data to improve AI performance and service quality. We will never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

You may not use the platform to produce any content that: violates local or international laws, incites hatred, violence, or discrimination, is sexually explicit or abusive, infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, or is used for fraud or deception.

We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with or without prior notice.

YELD Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free.

YELD Studio is not liable for the quality or accuracy of AI-generated content, or for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. This will permanently remove all your data and generated videos.

YELD Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are violated or fraudulent activity is suspected, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

YELD Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via your registered email address or through an in-platform notice.

Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may delete your account at any time.
